Formula for Release of Attention

Here is the Formula for release of attention, written by Vladimir. He posted in two parts on our discussion list. It is so well and clear written that I have nothing to add to it. Use it!

There is one Zivorad’s course that wasn’t frequently discussed. That course is named Creaton, and it is mainly concerned with creating desired life, both in personality and surroundings. It consists of many techniques which require training, but there is one amongst them, which does not require training at all, and it is so efficient that it changes your life immediately and quiet dramatically. Everyone can apply it. Zivorad says that he took over this technique from someone, but after a number of years, he cannot remember any more who invented it.

Although this technique dos not require training, you need to get some theoretical intro.

Decisions, Goals and the Goal Structure:
When we make a decision, a few things happen. First of all, with a decision to be/do/have something or not to be/do/have something, you post a goal. When you post a goal, you polarise. Creating goals (making decisions) means creating polarisations. Every time when you create a goal, you polarize yourself between your CURRENT STATE, and the Goal you want to achieve. Let’s say, you create a goal to earn a lot of money. Your current state is “I don’t have a lot of money” (one side of the pole), and your goal is “I want to have a lot of money”, (the other side of the pole). Every time you create a goal, it’s the opposition of your current state. Either you want something, to have or to be, what you do not have or you are not now (the current state), or it is something you want to prevent from becoming/happening. In either case, it is a polarisation. When you place a goal, you polarize yourself, and there is a tension between the poles. That tension is pushing you to achieve the goal. When you achieve the goal, it disappears in emptiness, because it is duplicated in reality. It is achieved. You earned a lot of money, and you current state (I have money) becomes equal to your goal (to have money). The polarities merge and disappear, and the tension is released. This is also called the Goal Structure. The Goal Structure consists of your current state, the goal that you want to achieve and the tension between the two – between the current state and the goal. The most important to understand is – once a goal is achieved, the goal structure falls apart and you remain in emptiness. This applies to any goal in life.

There are 3 ways for a decision to disappear:

1. To achieve it in reality
2. To achieve in the mind
3. To cancel it

We all know how to achieve decisions in everyday life. That’s number 1 on the above list.

Number 2 we do in Aspectics for instance, and in any other system that uses DUPLICATION. Basically, you duplicate your decision in your mind, you create in your imagination the situation in which that particular decision/goal is fully achieved. If you do this duplication properly, the structure will fall apart. They say that our Being cannot differentiate is the decision achieved in the mind or in reality.

Number 3 on the above list means that you have cancelled your decision. It means that you consciously decided to change it, to cancel it, and there is no defeat. So these are the 3 ways for a decision to disappear, and with it the whole goal structure, and all the tension that it creates.

What happens with all other decisions and goals, that do not fit in these 3 categories? What happens with the tension that they create? Nothing. They are still in you. They take up a lot of our energy and create a lot of tension. They keep our attention attached, they dramatically decrease our ability to deal with problems and life in general. They affect how we think, how we make decisions, they influence our self-esteem, they make us frustrated, and much more.

The technique I am going to post deals with what is called Unfinished Cycles of Creation. The unfinished cycle of creation is exactly what we are talking about here – we made a decision, created a goal, but we failed to achieve it, and we still want to achieve that. It is not that we cancelled it with our free will. When we cancel a decision, that is number 3 on the above list. That means that the decision and its structure does not exist any more. When we postpone to do things, all the structures are still there, they are piling up, and each of them has tension that adds up on the overall tension in ourselves.

Please make sure to understand this theoretical info. Once you start applying the technique, the theory will also be very clear.

Let’s move now to the practical part of this formula. Make a number of lists that contain things that keep your attention attached. Right down all unfinished cycles, things you postpone to do, things you could not do for any reason, but you still want to do them… Do not put on these lists things that you canceled by your own free will. If you canceled a decision, there is no defeat, and your attention is not attached and energy blocked in that particular decision. The point of this technique is to finish unfinished cycles where your attention is attached.

FIRST STEP:

So, the first step is to make the following lists:

1. Things I have left unfinished

Examples:

– I started my book of poetry and I still did not finish it.
– I have a few exams left to graduate, and I keep postponing it.
– etc.

2. Things I keep postponing to do

Examples:

– I decided to paint my house but I still did not start.
– I have to sort out the relationship with my father.
– I have to return a book to my friend. I have to take my child to the dentist finally…
– etc.

3. Things I am unable to start

Examples:

– To exercise every day.
– To eat healthy food only.
– etc.

4. Things I am unable to cease to do

Examples:

– To quit smoking.
– To watch TV for hours.
– etc.

That was the first step.

SECOND STEP: Look at the lists and choose the EASIEST thing you can do or complete RIGHT NOW.

THIRD STEP: DO IT IMMEDIATELY!!!

FOURTH STEP: Select the following EASIEST thing from the list you can do or complete and DO IT! CONTINUE SO UNTIL THE END OF THE LIST!

This formula will improve the quality of your life IMMEDIATELY. It needs to be done once, and latter you will need only short interventions. It is especially important to relief your attention when you cannot cope with life, when there are too many problems. But even if you are not in major life crises, this tool will help you immensely.

When you wright down lists, don’t write down the things in any specific order or hierarchy. Write them down as they come up in your mind. I will repeat once again – do not right down thing that your consciously canceled, and there is no defeat.

Apart from these four lists, you can add some more, if there are some particular area where you attention is attached, and it does not fit in the above four lists. Or if you have any other reason to add a new list.

As Zivorad says in the book “CREATON: THE CREATION MASTER GAME”, do not race with calendar or a clock. Many of the things from the list will probably require some time to finish.

Do the first easiest thing completely, then do the second one… and all the way till the end. Don’t make drama out of it.

You will feel much better, as soon as you start doing this. Your ability to deal with problems and life in general will increase gradually.

Your ability to deal with very difficult problems will gradually increase. Things that in the beginning look very difficult will look very achievable latter.

Don’t forget, when you achieve the goal, the whole goal structure disappears, the attentions is relieved, the energy released, and not blocked when you need it latter.
